Shipping Times
We aim to ship out orders on the same or next business day. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and location during checkout.

Express orders: Shipped the same business day if placed before 12:00 PM EST (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).
Standard/Ground/Free Shipping: Processed within 24-72 hours.

Once we receive your order, it will be shipped based on the shipping option you select. Please account for processing time in addition to the estimated transit time.
If you place an order on Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday, it will ship on the next business day.

Incorrect Address/Zip Code
If packages are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or incorrect zip code, a 15% surcharge may apply. Providing an invalid address or zip code is the customer’s responsibility and is not eligible for a refund.
Note: Incorrect zip codes will delay UPS/USPS deliveries by at least one business day.
